Shinichi's urge to sneak out and prowl in his costume, to feel what a hero feels when guarding the night from evil, soon has him dragged into an increasingly bizarre mystery.

Eishi Karasuma is a loner with a monotone life with his only friend is Mikisada Komoda. While skipping class they met Tsubame, a very energetic girl and Rei Sagisawa, a boy that attend the same middle school. On their way back, Eishi and Mikisada take a bus which plummets from cliff. In order so survive they have to make a contract with the mysterious Birdman… what does their future entail?



7. Zetman.


It follows the life of a homeless boy living with his "grandpa". The story starts to kick off when they encounter a man trying to commit suicide mumbling something along the lines of "before it is too late". Of course from then on the action begins and the dark plot begins to unfold with each volume.


8. 1000 Yen Hero.



Mysterious monsters attack the people of Japan, but heroes are there to protect them with powers that run on a rate of yen per second. For Hiasa Sen however, there are much more important things to worry about, like catching sales on groceries, his many part time jobs and most importantly, taking care of his little sister. When danger approaches however, he has a secret power of his own, but it may be more trouble than it's worth.

Shuto Katsuragi, a high school student who dreams of becoming a hero.
